The 8th Annual Run For Your Life 5K and 2-mile walk will be held Saturday, October 28th at 7:00 p.m. This is a great event through downtown Maysville and the East End of town, with costumes encouraged. 👻 It's also the largest fundraiser of the year for Humane Society of Buffalo Trace, and has raised nearly $20,000 over the last seven years! 💰
🗺️ THE COURSE will begin at Lasting Impressions Salon & Spa in downtown Maysville and end at O'Rourke's Pub around the corner. The course is 3.1 miles for runners, and 2 miles for walkers.
🏅 CHIP TIMING will be provided by Running Time Race Services, and awards will be given to the top three female and male finishers overall, the top two female and male participants in each age division, and the top female and male finishers in the 2-mile walk. (No duplicate awards.)
All proceeds benefit Humane Society of Buffalo Trace, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. 🐶🐱 |
